02 How we work
A conducive user work-experience is paramount to what we deliver, because we understand how valuable time and accuracy are in business. Our years of solid experience earned us situational awareness in the challenges we face — combined expertise, tact and patience.
Every good system is one suited to meet customer needs and promote superb user experience. That's why we sit down and listen carefully, directly to you, to discuss and understand the project requirements.
We conduct a series of interviews to gather every relevant detail, analyse the data and refine the design. We present the proposed wireframe and adopt changes until both parties agree — sealed with a Statement of Work. Finality of the SOW signals project kick-off.
Once the proposed design and SOW are approved, the kick-off meeting takes place immediately — one of the most important meetings of any project. We introduce the team members who will take part in development.
For larger projects this includes high-level stakeholders: the project sponsor, management, the project manager and the team. Kick-off ensures everyone shares a common understanding of the objectives and how the work will proceed — and it builds a strong relationship from day one.
We apply the Agile approach once development begins. The project is broken down into its smallest testable features, each moving through analysis, design, build, test and delivery.
The goal is to deliver solutions faster and incrementally — finished functional features are made available for user testing or actual usage while other features are still in development. That means functionality sooner, bugs caught early, and the integrity and continuity of your data safeguarded throughout.

04 How we started
ACWare I.T. Solutions was started in March 2021 by three former work mates in Information Technology who had parted ways to work at other companies in the same industry.
Years after gaining solid experience, knowledge and skills in applications development, software engineering and web designing, they banded together to venture into their valuable know-how. Each had worked on projects for local and offshore clients, applying their expertise across various technology stacks.
During the peak of the pandemic they observed an increased demand for software development services — and a big gap in technology implementation for SMEs in the Philippines compared to other countries. Hence the decent intention of filling that void: creating a business venture to provide friendly I.T. solutions to start-ups and SMEs.
ACWare aims to tap business potentials by offering resilient services amid the challenges of the new normal.
